Communication sometimes misunderstanding. Talk too much is not a good things!

Communication really important! We must always open out our ear and listen carefully what the second party is talking about. If not, we may easily make a mistake or do a wrong things.For instance, if you work in the big company, you must be make sure that your communication skills and listening skills is steady and good, otherwise, your boss may scold you when you make a mistake.hehe...May be you don't understand what I want to express but never mind. Therefore, we must start to learn the skills of communication with people, listening important information from people, training our speaking skills, our self-confident facing the audiences and forth. :P

On the other hand, communication sometimes may occur bad things to happen. What is the bad things? To show you this concept more clear, I give an example for that. A person orders B person to complete a important work, so A person gives an instruction to B person. B person starts to work on it. A and B are just like boss and staff. Finally, B person means the staff has completed his or her work, but the boss doesn't satisfied. Why? Boss said that " I don't order you to do this so, why you do it." Why the boss said like that because B person always tell gossips to others and some of the gossips is related to his or her boss. Here i want to tell you that his or her boss is already married. Then, B person just tell this things to everyone in the company that boss has a relationship with another women who is already married. Therefore, don't talk too much otherwise it makes things more worst. Maybe B person will fired by A person, his or her boss. :( ! Too bad! :P
